You need the Installer Code or the Dealer Code for that. For instance, using the Master Code will not allow you to make changes to system zones in Sensor Programming so that you can add, edit, and delete sensors.
However, if you use the Master Code to get into programming, then you will find that the available options are extremely limited. You can also accomplish this using the system's Master Code and its Dealer Code. On an Interlogix Simon XTi, Interlogix Simon XTI-5, or Interlogix Simon XTi-5i, the Installer Code is used for entering into System Programming. Also, factory defaulting the system will revert the IC back to 4321*. You can set the Installer Code back to default on an Interlogix Simon XTi or XTi-5 by entering into Access Codes Programming using the existing Installer Code or Dealer Code, and then changing the IC back to its 4321 default.
